5 week SASSETA accredited modular course programme

Week 1:
Pre-selection, fitness evaluation, psychometric evaluation, intro to close protection skills, venue protection, protocol & etiquette, unarmed combat.

Week 2:
Venue advance reconnaissance, pedestrian escort drills, routes, convoy driving skills, standard operating procedures, unarmed combat.

Week 3:
Legal aspects, practical AOP drills, operational planning, equipment, risk & threat assessments, surveillance, IED`s, unarmed combat.

Week 4:
Tactical medical training, defensive driving and 4x4, final operational phase.

Week 5:
Fieldcraft, communications, practical AOP drills in high risk environment, advanced weapon skills, navigation.

Please note that student will be assessed in both practical and theoretical scenarios.
